Shipping Policy
At Skin Functional Australia, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 12:00pm (AEST) on business days will generally be packed and dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00pm (AEST), on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please note that during promotional periods, launches, or high-volume sales events, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Timeframes
The shipping period starts once payment has been authorised. Receipt of payment can vary depending on how the payment is processed.
Credit cards: The order is dispatched once the bank provides an authorisation code.
Cash deposits and internet transfers: The order is dispatched once the funds reflect in the bank account.
Delivery timeframes are dependent on your location and the shipping carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro areas: 1–4 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All orders exceeding AU$100 qualify for free shipping.
Should you apply any discount code at checkout and your cart total is less than AU$100 (over AU$100 qualifies for free delivery), then the delivery fee will be automatically calculated and added to your order. You will be liable for the delivery cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
Once payment has been made, a change in delivery address is not possible.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once parcels have been dispatched, they are in the care of the shipping carrier. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information. If you require assistance, our team is always happy to help.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
You will need to sign for the delivery. If you are not able to personally sign for the delivery, you are able to make a note of who will sign for the delivery when placing your order.
What do I do if products are missing from my order?
If you received an incomplete delivery, please contact SKIN functional at orders@skinfunctional.com.au. Please include your invoice number.
What do I do if I would like to track my order?
