• Orders placed before 12:00pm (AEST) on business days will generally be packed and dispatched on the same day.

• Orders placed after 12:00pm (AEST), on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Please note that during promotional periods, launches, or high-volume sales events, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are dependent on your location and the shipping carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

• Metro areas: 1–4 business days

• Regional areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All orders exceeding $100 qualify for free shipping.
